Can I book a trial session?

I offer a 20 minute free initial phone conversation, during which you can share a little about what brings you to therapy and you can ask me any questions you might have.

If you feel we would be a good fit following the phone call, we can arrange a first session.

What are your fees?

Sessions cost £80 for 50 minutes.
