About Me

IMG_1422_edited.jpg

I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, offering face-to-face sessions for teenagers and young adults in their 20s and 30s at my practice in Kensington, West London.

Being integrative means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting my work to suit your individual needs. No two clients are the same, and our work together will be tailored to you.

Who I work with

I specialise in supporting people through the challenges of adolescence, early adulthood, and the transitional years of your 20s and 30s. These years are often both exciting and overwhelming, as they are a time of tremendous change, navigating education, careers, identity, relationships, and societal expectations, all of which can contribute to anxiety, low self-esteem, and stress.

I understand how intense these pressures can feel, and my role is to be alongside you as we explore them together.

How I work

I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can feel safe to express yourself openly. Therapy with me is about developing a trusting relationship in which you feel deeply listened to, understood, and seen as your most authentic self.

Together, we’ll reflect on your feelings, explore patterns in your thoughts, behaviours, and relationships, and strengthen your self-awareness. My aim is to help you build inner resilience and confidence so you can navigate difficulties more independently and with greater clarity.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, which we can discuss together in our first session. Sessions last 50 minutes and are held in person at my practice in Kensington, West London.

Experience & qualifications

Alongside my private practice, I have many years of experience working in schools, hospitals, and low-cost counselling centres.

My academic background includes:

  • Undergraduate degree in Psychology (BSc)

  • Masters degree in Therapeutic Counselling (MSc)

  • Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere strictly to their code of ethics.

If you feel ready, I warmly invite you to get in touch to arrange a free initial 20 minute phone call. Together, we can explore what you’re going through and decide whether I’m the right counsellor for you.
